Physician Referrals:
Thank you for allowing us to care for your patients, current response time is 48 hours. Receive a consult letter within 3 days after initial visit.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand things don’t always go the way it should.
Please provide us with as much notice as possible if you cannot make your appointment.
Appointments missed, forgotten or cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a fee of $150. There will not be another appointment booked until full payment is received.
