Maria is recipient of the Governor General's Awards for women and gender equality in Commemoration of the Persons Case, she is president of the We Are MAUD Foundation, partner of various medical facilities in Calgary and Alberta Community Liaison to HPV Global Action.

Maria Wu is the founder of Maud Medical Clinic in Calgary, a women's health facility that specializes in gynecological health issues. Dr. Hoorsheed Heydari, MD, CCFP, MSCP,
Dr. Hoorsheed Heydari is a family physician specializing in women's health. She earned her medical degree from the University of Alberta and completed her residency in Calgary. Certified by the North American Menopause Society (NAMS) as a Menopause Practitioner (NCMP), Dr. Heydari offers expertise in contraception, IUD management, menstrual disorders, menopause management (including hormone therapy), sexual health, and early prenatal care. She emphasizes shared decision-making and patient education.

Dr. Maha Mansoor - MD, CCFP
Dr. Mansoor is a family physician dedicated to providing equitable and inclusive healthcare to all. After earning her MD from the University of Saskatchewan, she completed her family medicine training in Calgary. She specializes in sexual health, menstrual health concerns, contraception (including IUD insertion and removal), Pap smears, and post-menopausal care. Outside of work, Dr. Mansoor enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Shymansky is a family physician dedicated to providing compassionate and informative care for women of all ages. After earning her medical degree and completing two years of obstetrics and gynecology residency at the University of Calgary, she transitioned into family medicine. Her areas of focus include contraception counseling, IUD insertion, abnormal uterine bleeding, and prenatal care.
