Happy New Years - From Maud

Reconnect with your brilliance in January

Thank you for helping us launch in 2021, this year we're shooting for the stars

Take a look at your January schedule and join us in starting 2022 off strong!
What's been on your to-do list? It's time to put personal health first.
Schedule an appointment with Maud's physicians about a pap test*, contraception, or any vaginal health concerns. Maud's team of physiotherapists and acupuncturists will work with you to reconnect with your pelvic floor and ease any new years stresses.

*Pap tests should be done every three years for women ages 25 to 69

Reconnect with your Pelvic Floor: EMSELLA by Maud

I’ve had incontinence since I had my son. Very glad to finally find a treatment that is not invasive and easy to do as a mom of a young child. Even just halfway through my treatment I’ve noticed that I don’t leak when I cough anymore!
— 37 year old mother

Meet Dr. Lauren Walker

Hello! I'm a sex researcher currently on faculty at the University of Calgary, and a registered psychologist and sex therapist.
My passion is sexual health and all the education surrounding it, these are topics that are considered difficult to talk about and I really want to work to ensure that people don't slip through the cracks of the system due to stigma or taboo. Over the years I've worked with cancer survivors around sexual health and function at the Tom Baker Cancer Center in Calgary, and started a private practice three years ago to help patients from all backgrounds.

Every month I will be discussing sexual function with Maud, I'm so excited to be working with all of you to connect with our bodies!

Mating in Captivity by Esther Perel

"It's taken my ten year relationship to a much more intimate place than we had ever expected.
I thought we had capped our intimacy, but Esther's words brought us to a whole new level.
I recommend it to anyone who's in a long term relationship and really wants to reconnect with their lust!"

- Maud Medical Director, Maria
